Product Description

      A chemical shower system is a key device for positive pressure protective suit type bio-safety laboratories. Its main function is to disinfect the surface of the positive pressure protective suit by spraying chemical agents, to prevent the spread of bio-contamination. It is usually arranged between the contaminated area and the semi-contaminated area, as an important barrier for the personnel to safely exit the protective area and avoid the leakage of bio-hazardous substances.

 

   

SPINCLE Chemical Shower is a system for disinfection and cleaning, which has the following five characteristics:

1. Spray system: The use of special shower heads and pipes can fully disinfect and clean the inside of the equipment and the surface of the positive pressure suit. The nozzle is located on the top and side of the device, covering the entire shower without dead spots.
2. Chemical dosing system: contains two reservoirs, respectively stock solution and liquid preparation, which are each other's backup. It can select the appropriate disinfectant and concentration according to different pollution levels and occasions.
3. Supply and exhaust system: set on the top of the equipment, the exhaust air is equipped with a filter device, which can be disinfected in situ. It can control the number of air changes and differential pressure inside the shower unit, ensuring the indoor environment and human comfort.
4. Life protection system: personnel must wear positive pressure protective clothing during the shower, in order to ensure normal breathing under the protective clothing, the equipment is equipped with positive pressure clothing air supply hoses on both sides, and equipped with quick self-closing joints, which is convenient for personnel to connect and pull out. The device is also equipped with an emergency escape function to protect the safety of users and the device itself in the event of any emergency.
5. Automatic control system: accurate programmable control system, which can effectively ensure that the equipment completes all operations. The touch screen at the front can visually display the process parameters of the equipment and monitor accessories including pipe valves, sensors, lighting and more. It can also be linked with the central control system to realize remote control and data transmission.

The main components of a chemical shower system are:

• A stainless steel closed box, with airtightness and corrosion resistance;
• Two interlocking airtight doors, usually inflatable airtight doors, to ensure isolation effect;
• A dosing system, automatically mixing chemical agents, such as hydrogen peroxide, sodium hypochlorite, etc.;
• A spraying system, using ultra-fine atomizing nozzles to spray chemical agents widely and without dead angles on the positive pressure protective suit, through a pressurized pump group, valve group and pipeline system;
• A control system, controlling the shower time, temperature, pressure, interlock, alarm and other functions;
• A supply and exhaust system, ensuring the air exchange rate and pressure difference inside the box, both supply and exhaust air need to pass through high-efficiency filters;
• A drainage system, discharging the waste liquid after showering, and having anti-backflow measures;
• A gas supply system, providing life support gas for the positive pressure protective suit.
