     A forced shower system is a device that is used in special environments, such as bio-safety laboratories or workshops, to ensure the physical adaptability and bio-safety of the personnel when they leave the bio-hazard area. Its main function is to wash and disinfect the whole body of the personnel by spraying water, to prevent the spread of bio-contamination.

The main components of a forced shower system are:

• A main spray pipe, connected to a total water inlet valve, responsible for supplying water;
• A first hot water pipe, connected to the main spray pipe, responsible for adjusting the water temperature;
• Multiple spray heads, connected to the first hot water pipe, responsible for spraying water to cover the entire shower room;
• A control system, connected to a flow meter, a pneumatic valve and a door lock, responsible for controlling the shower time, temperature, pressure, interlock, alarm and other functions;
• A shower room, with two bathroom doors, connecting the bio-hazard area and the normal area, having the function of isolation and sealing.
