Ultraviolet (UV) pass box is a kind of transfer equipment used in laboratories, pharmaceutical workshops, clean rooms, chemical industry, electronics, medical treatment, food processing and other environments, which is mainly used for transferring items between different clean areas, and at the same time, it can reduce the spread of contamination. The operator can place items to be transferred into one side door and remove them when the other side door is opened. UV radiation is applied to the surface of the item to be sterilized. The UV lamps are located inside the window and the design allows the operator to place items inside the window to be sterilized without exposing them to UV radiation.

Product Characteristics
·Microbial Inactivation: Microorganisms such as bacteria are inactivated by UV lamps at a wavelength of 200-280nm. UV light at this wavelength damages the nucleic acids (DNA and RNA) of microorganisms, causing the cells to lose their ability to survive and reproduce.
·Easy to clean the cavity: cavity interior using the surrounding arc angle design, no dead ends; front and rear doors using double-layer toughened glass, the door page for the embedded door page, the internal gap is small, not easy to accumulate dust, easy to clean;

·Sealing: The seal is physically extruded to fit the transfer hantch perfectly when the door is closed, ensuring a tight seal.
·Transfer: Transfer between different zones is carried out by means of chambers, which can be customized in size, with optional internal shelves;
·Interlocking: The front and rear doors are interlocked by means of an interlocking control to limit the opening of both doors at the same time;
·Alarms: The system provides prompts through the HMI and sound and light alarms for any unexpected problems that may be encountered during operation;
·Sterilization: UV germicidal lamps conforming to the national standard GB/T19258-2012 are selected for sterilization; the number of germicidal lamps installed can be selected;
