High-efficiency air vent is a purification and exhaust unit of the ventilation system of biological laboratory or negative pressure isolation ward, which consists of box, exhaust cover, maintenance cover, high-efficiency filter, manual scanning device, dust generating/disinfecting/sampling cover, differential pressure gauge and flange. Its function is to achieve high efficiency filtration of indoor air containing pathogenic microorganisms, and exhaust the indoor air to the outdoor through the flange connected to the air duct to ensure negative pressure ventilation in the room. The box is installed on the side wall of the room (top exhaust).
Regulated high-efficiency air vents are fitted with biosecurity shut-off valves at the air outlets.
The high-efficiency air vent is set with manual scanning device and disinfection interface, which can scan the high-efficiency filter in situ to pick up leakage and disinfect and sterilise it in situ. The efficiency of the matching high-efficiency filter reaches H14, and the box is made of stainless steel plate SUS304 with full welding treatment and brushed surface, beautiful and corrosion-resistant.

 

High-efficiency air vents are mainly used for biological contamination control of exhaust air in biosafety laboratories, infectious disease hospitals, and negative-pressure isolation wards.

According to the box size, in the clean room return air duct corresponding position line opening, or according to the size of the exhaust air outlet to reserve the opening size. (Opening size: the length and width of the box body are increased by mm)
2,Enclosure Mounting
Put the high-efficiency air inlet and exhaust outlet box into the hole of the return air clamping duct, adjust the position of the box so that the inner edge of the flange of the box is flush with the wall of the return air clamping duct, and fix the box on the wall with bolts.
3,Enclosure and return air duct wall sealing
The inner edge of the flange of the box and the wall of the return air duct of the clean room should be glued and sealed to ensure that the gas in the clean room does not leak out.
