Dunk Tank transfer hatche is a kind of transfer pass box, is through the liquid disinfection way to sterilise the pass box equipment, for different laboratory requirements, can be divided into ordinary level dunk tank and high level biosafety dunk tank, ordinary dunk tank to meet the basic clean requirements can be, biosafety dunk tank is mainly used for high level biosafety laboratories (BSL-3, BSL-4, ABSL-3, ABSL-4), with the requirements of the airtightness room, and with the solution of the logistics channel of the airtightness.
Its function is basically the same as the pass box, only the structure is different from the pass box. When using,open one side door, pull up the net plate, put the objects in liquid, and then cover the panel. It can be taken out on the other side after the soaking time..It also can be achieved the function of double door interlocking.
 

Product characteristics of biosafety dunk tank
1) The plate buried depth of liquid not less than 10cm;

7) The height of the dunk tank installation is based on actual measurements at the project site and should be conducive to the discharge of disinfectant.
 

Interlocking control system for biosafety dunk tank
For rooms or biological laboratories designed with multiple entry points or interconnections, biosafety pass boxs need to be equipped with an intelligent interlocking system to prevent sudden positive pressure drops and air inflow due to personnel inadvertently opening too many doors at once. When one of the interlocked doors is opened, all other interconnected door locks will activate and prevent personnel from opening any other doors. This feature can prove to be very effective in preventing cross-contamination in multiple biological laboratories with different cleanliness levels.
