Airtight valve
Closed valve, also known as low leakage valve, used in nuclear power, petrochemical, food processing, laboratory and other areas of air conditioning and ventilation system. Its main function is to block the air flow on the air supply pipe or exhaust pipe, with good air tightness. It is mainly used to close the high-efficiency filter device and ventilation pipe at both ends of the bag inlet and bag outlet of the biosafety 3. four-level laboratory to disinfect the high-efficiency filter and the closed space. Our biosafety sealing valves are manufactured to the highest standards in the industry, and each valve has passed a zero leak test before leaving the factory.

 
Features
 

1,Air tightness: Under the pressure of ± 2500pa, the leakage rate per hour shall not exceed 0.25% of the net volume.

2,Pressure-bearing capacity: The valve box has no permanent structural deformation before and after bearing -2500pa pressure for 60 minutes.

3,Service life: the valve opening and closing 10000 times after the test of air tightness, positive pressure, negative pressure air tightness in line with national standards.

4,Corrosion resistance: all parts of the valve are resistant to hydrogen peroxide, chlorine dioxide, formaldehyde and other disinfectants. After corrosion test, the air tightness still meets the requirements of national specifications.

5,Resistance: In the case of rated air volume and valve fully open, the resistance shall not exceed 40Pa.

 

StandardAccording to the ISO10648-2 "Isolator-Air Tightness Classification and Related Test Methods" and GB 50346-2011 "Technical Specification for Biosafety Laboratory Construction", it can be divided into round and rectangular according to the different needs of users.

Specification (UK):
·The airtightness of the airtight valve shall meet the EN 12266-2:2002 Class A standard. The overall pressure interface shall be tested at a pressure of 2500Pa, with a maximum leakage rate of 0.05% of the total valve body volume per minute.
·The airtight valve should be able to operate normally under a pressure difference of ±1000Pa, and the structure should be robust. The airtightness of the airtight valve shall meet the EN 12266-2:2002 Class A standard. The overall pressure interface shall be tested at a pressure of 2000Pa, without any visible leakage, liquid dripping, or gas bubble formation.
·When the airtight valve is in the closed position, the maximum air leakage at a pressure difference of 2000Pa before and after the valve leaf shall be ≤10L/m2h (valve leaf cross-sectional area), meeting the requirements of EN1751:1999 Class 4.

Specification (China):

For biological airtight valves, when tested in two states with an initial pressure value of not less than -2.5kPa and +2.5kPa, the hourly leakage rate shall not exceed 0.25% of the test volume (the detection standards and evaluation criteria are in accordance with GB50346-2011 "Technical Specifications for Biosafety Laboratory Buildings" and ISO 10648-2 "Isolators - Part 2: Classification by leakage rate and associated test methods").
