The VHP hood sterilization chamber is a special equipment for sterilising headgear using hydrogen peroxide, which is mainly composed of chamber, fresh air system, exhaust air system, circulation system, hydrogen peroxide vapour evaporation system, and electrical control system.

 

Advantages over conventional hood streilization equipment and other sterilisation cabinets include the following

1. The inner cavity is made of 316L stainless steel plate welded to ensure the surface finish of the box, easy to clean and sterilise;
2. Rounded corners inside the box design, box body inclined design, more conducive to cleaning and sterilisation, to ensure sterility requirements;
3. The chamber sealing standard adopts the highest standard design in the isolator industry to ensure that the leakage of hydrogen peroxide vapour into the room during the sterilisation process is reduced to a very low level, ensuring the safety of the sterilisation process.
4. The VHP hood sterilization chamber can be customised according to Party A's demand for the inner rack, which is convenient for the reasonable loading and effective sterilisation of the sterilised headgear.
5. The integrated hydrogen peroxide steam sterilisation system, which circulates the internal airflow during sterilisation, can sterilise all the corners inside the VHP hood sterilization chamber, avoiding the dead space of sterilisation;
6. Sterilisation at room temperature and pressure is safe and suitable for most materials;
7. The interior of the VHP hood sterilization chamber has a laminar flow design that allows it to function as a normal transfer window when not sterilised;
8. Sterilisation process automation with timed sterilisation is more conducive to the scheduling needs of production;
9. With tablet operation, the control system complies with 21CFRpart11 and computer validation requirements, and each time the sterilisation data can be recorded and reports can be generated to satisfy the requirement of data integrity.
10. Process control is stable and meets the requirements of GAMP5, 21CFR Part11.
